Physiotherapists are responsible for the assessment and management of those needing treatment due to accident, injury, ageing, disease or disability through movement, exercise, education and advice.

As paediatric physiotherapists we bring our skills as physiotherapists along with our knowledge on child development and childhood conditions to treat babies, children and young people.  We assess the needs of your child and agree with you and your child, if appropriate, a Physiotherapy plan.  We use education, awareness, empowerment, self management and active participation in your Physiotherapy to promote, maintain and restore physical, psychological and social wellbeing.
