At St Thomas’s Surgery we always seek to deliver a high-quality service and take all complaints made against the Practice very seriously. 

We would always advise that in the first instance any concerns are raised with the Practice Manager or in her absence the Assistant Practice Manager so we can try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  However, in the event that a patient considers a formal complaint is needed we ask that these are submitted to us in writing.  The Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager will then send a response detailing the date by which a response will be sent to you (within 30 working days).

If you need help to raise a concern, Llais – your voice in health and social care can help you do this. Llais is an independent body and its free Advocacy service and can provide information, advice and support to members of the public who may wish to raise a concern.
