****Please note we cannot process repeat prescription requests over the phone. Please either use the econsult service via our website homepage or drop in a written request to the surgery.****
****Owing to the number of requests being received we are asking patients to provide 7 days for us to process a prescription rather than the usual 2 working days.****
****We are offering face to face appointments as well as telephone consultations as such if you wish to see a GP for a consultation please do let the reception team know when booking your appointment. Please note a GP may still ask to see you face-to -face following a telephone consultation if they deem it appropriate.****
****Travel vaccinations should be booked with the Surgery at least 6 weeks’ prior to travel.****

Urgent GP Appointment:  If you need to see a GP the same day, please call the reception team at any time during our opening hours who will arrange for a clinician to contact you.

GP Appointment For A Child Under 16:  If your child needs to see a GP urgently and they are under 16 years of age, please call the reception team at any time during our opening hours who will arrange for a clinician to contact you. 

GP Appointments (Non-Urgent):  For any other appointment, please call the reception team at 8:30 a.m. to book an appointment with a GP.  Please note that we are currently offering appointments with a GP on the same day, wherever possible. If you do not want to be seen on the same day please call, preferably after 10a.m., and the team will offer you an appointment for a future date.

Specialist Clinics (including injections, cryotherapy, minor operations and coils):   Please call the reception team at any time during our opening hours and they will arrange a consultation with a GP for you.

Chronic Disease Clinic i.e.diabetic/asthma/COPD Review: Please contact our reception team at any time during our opening hours and they will book an appointment for you with a GP or nurse.

Nursing/Health Care Assistant Appointments including wound management:  Please contact the reception team at any time during our opening hours who will book an appointment for you.

Phlebotomy Appointments:  Please contact our reception team at any time during our opening hours and they will book an appointment for you.

The Surgery is open Monday-Friday during the following hours:

 

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Llangwm Surgery is open Monday and Wednesdays during the following hours:

 

Monday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Broad Haven Surgery is open Tuesday to Friday  during the following hours:

Tuesday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Wednesday 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
Thursday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

Out of Hours Surgery

Between 08.00 to 08.30 a.m. and 6.00 to 6:30 p.m.  our telephone lines are available for emergency calls only. 

Outside of these hours, whilst the surgery is closed,  all queries will be dealt with by the Out Of Hours Service.
