At St Thomas\u2019s Surgery we always seek to deliver a high-quality service and take all complaints made against the Practice very seriously.\u00a0<\/p>

We would always advise that in the first instance any concerns are raised with the Practice Manager or in her absence the Assistant Practice Manager so we can try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.\u00a0 However, in the event that a patient considers a formal complaint is needed we ask that these are submitted to us in writing.\u00a0 The Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager will then send a response detailing the date by which a response will be sent to you (within 30 working days).<\/p>
