platform.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"xmsonormal\">Admin requests are deemed to be queries that do not require medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical decision-making.<\/p><p class=\"xmsonormal\">Examples include:<\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Requests for fit notes (sick notes) after the first 7 days<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Repeat prescription queries<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Medication change requests previously agreed by a GP<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Update of personal details (address, phone number)<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Test result enquiries where results have already been reviewed by a GP<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Submission of blood pressure diaries where requested by a GP<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Appointment cancellations<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Request for letters or forms<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Registration queries<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"xmsonormal\">Patients should no longer use the eConsult service for clinical issues including but not limited to:<\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"xmsonormal\">New symptoms or health concerns<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Worsening of an existing condition<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Medication side effects<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Mental health concerns requiring advice<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Urgent medical issues<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"xmsonormal\">Patients submitting clinical information through the eConsult service will be redirected to the appropriate service, which may include:<\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Patients being advised to Book a GP or clinician appointment<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Contacting NHS 111<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Contacting Pharmacists under the Minor ailments scheme<\/li><li class=\"xmsonormal\">Attending urgent care or emergency services where appropriate<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
