The team deals with all hospital referrals, and hospital clinic letters being received at the surgery. They are responsible for all forms coming into the practice from outside bodies, such as insurance companies, solicitors, Pembrokeshire County Council etc and are also responsible for photocopying medical records when requested by outside agencies.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"tmm_scblock\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"tmm_member\" style=\"border-top:#061ae1 solid 5px;\"><div class=\"tmm_textblock\"><div class=\"tmm_names\"><span class=\"tmm_fname\">T\u00eem y<\/span> <span class=\"tmm_lname\">Bydwreigiaeth<\/span><\/div><div class=\"tmm_desc\" style=\"text-align:\"><p><span style=\"color: #061ae1\">Our Reception team comprises of 11 members. They have a very difficult and demanding job dealing with the large amount of enquiries and telephone calls and will always try to be helpful and courteous to all patients. The switchboard can be very busy at times and the receptionists will answer your call as soon as possible, therefore, we ask for your patience when ringing the surgery.
