St Thomas’ Surgery situated at the top of Haverfordwest town has 2 branch surgeries in the villages of Llangwm (Mill Street) and Broad Haven (Millmoor Way). Roedd y feddygfa wreiddiol wedi'i lleoli yn 17 Stryd y Farchnad, Hwlffordd, lle roedd Dr George Bowen (1888-1957) yn ymarfer. Oherwydd lleoliad a maint yr adeilad, ynghyd \u00e2'r nifer cynyddol o gleifion a oedd yn defnyddio'r feddygfa, penderfynwyd comisiynu meddygfa bwrpasol ger St Thomas Green, Hwlffordd. Cafodd hon ei hagor ar 18 Mai 1988 gan Miss Isobel Bowen, wyres Dr George Bowen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mae'r feddygfa bwrpasol yn darparu 19 o ystafelloedd triniaethau a swyddfeydd, a hynny ar gyfer ein gr\u0175p mawr o feddygon, staff clinigol a staff gweinyddol. Yn arwain o gyntedd flaen fawr ac iddi fynediad i gadeiriau olwyn a thoiledau ar gyfer cleifion, sy'n cynnwys cyfleusterau anabl a chyfleusterau newid babanod, y mae ystafell aros cynllun agored, fawr. Mae yna ddigon o le i barcio naill ai ar St Thomas Green neu ym maes parcio Cae'r Reifflwyr, sydd wedi'i leoli y tu \u00f4l i'r feddygfa. Mae gennym hefyd faes parcio ar gadw ar gyfer gyrwyr anabl, a hynny y tu allan i brif fynedfa'r feddygfa.

\n\nMae desg ein derbynfa yn gartref i sgrin cofrestru cleifion, lle y gall cleifion ymgofrestru pan fyddant yn cyrraedd ar gyfer eu hapwyntiadau. Mae yna ddolen anwytho gludadwy ar gael ar gyfer cleifion sy'n defnyddio cymorth clyw.

\n\nRydym yn Bractis Hyfforddi Meddygon Teulu, sy'n golygu y bydd gennym, fel arfer, gofrestryddion, hyfforddeion Rhaglen Sylfaen 2 (meddygon cwbl gymwysedig yw'r rhain, sy'n hyfforddi i fod yn feddygon teulu), myfyrwyr meddygol, ac, yn aml, weithwyr proffesiynol eraill sy'n ymgymryd \u00e2 hyfforddiant pellach, yn gweithio yn y t\u00eem. O bryd i'w gilydd, efallai y gofynnir i chi ymgynghori \u00e2 myfyriwr meddygol; os bydd hyn yn digwydd, byddwch bob tro yn cael eich gweld gan un o feddygon y practis.
